Honestly Florida's schedule blows Michigan's out of the water. Michigan played 2, maybe 3 good teams this year. Florida played at least 5 good teams, and maybe 6 this season.
Even a team like Tennessee, who is only 9-3 this year, would easily be 11-1 or 10-2 in the Big Ten. They ballfucked Cal, who in turn ballfucked Minnesota, who in turn ballfucked Indiana and beat Iowa and Michigan State. Logic tells you Tennesse would most likely ballfuck 6-8 of the teams in the Big Ten. The only solid teams in the Big Ten are Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, and Wisconsin.
In addition, the Big Ten has over half of their conference at or below .500. The SEC only has 4 at or below .500, and Alabama is usually an 8 win team.
Ohio State 12-0
Wisconsin 11-1
Michigan 11-1
Penn State 8-4
Purdue 8-5
Florida 12-1
Arkansas 10-3
Auburn 10-2
LSU 10-2
Tennessee 9-3
Georgia 8-4
Kentucky 7-5
South Carolina 7-5
Even with saying all of that, I'm not necessarily against Michigan getting a rematch. I just think Florida has a very strong case to be in the game. Bottom line: we need a playoff system. That I am sure of.
