I agree. That's what the general consensus is around here.

Chronic, what's your prediction ARK vs. Florida.
They currently have the gators by 3.
I say 24-17 arkansas.

I can see Arkansas going two different directions:
1) Arkansas utilizes McFadden and Jones very effectively, just as the offense has been laid out to do. A run heavy offense with well-timed play-action passes will completely shatter Florida's defense. IIRC, Arkansas only threw the ball 11 times in the Auburn game, and I can only expect Arkansas to do the same. Arkansas has the best 1-2 punch @ running back in the nation (sorry West Virginia). If they can win the time of possession and hang 300 + rushing yards on Florida, the Gators will have a long day. Florida's pass offense will give the Razorbacks some trouble, but not enough.
Arkansas - 27
Florida - 24
2) Houston Nutt continues to feel as if he has to force an element of his offense that is simply not needed much, and I'm talking about the passing game. Last week against LSU they tried to pass the ball way too often, and at wrong times when using two future NFL running backs could have done a much better job. Arkansas' last series last week saw 4 straight passes, with three of them keeping the runningback in the backfield to block. It just doesn't make sense to not utilize guys like McFadden and Jones as much as possible. Nutt tries to force the pass throughout the entire game, giving Florida a few more offensive series due to the 3 and outs, and, subsequently, more scores.
Arkansas - 17
Florida - 34

I'm not sure about that game. I love DMAC and Jones, they are incredible, but I don't think that you can win all the big games if you don't have a passing game...which they just don't have. Their 2 minute drill last week against LSU was pitiful...granted they probably COULD have run the ball down the field in 2 minutes, but they just can't pass worth a damn.
I want Ark to win, but I'm not so sure....

Nebraska's secondary is getting sonned by Paul Thompson and Malcom Kelly.
14-0 Sooners at the start of the second quarter.

Honestly Florida's schedule blows Michigan's out of the water. Michigan played 2, maybe 3 good teams this year. Florida played at least 5 good teams, and maybe 6 this season.
Even a team like Tennessee, who is only 9-3 this year, would easily be 11-1 or 10-2 in the Big Ten. They ballfucked Cal, who in turn ballfucked Minnesota, who in turn ballfucked Indiana and beat Iowa and Michigan State. Logic tells you Tennesse would most likely ballfuck 6-8 of the teams in the Big Ten. The only solid teams in the Big Ten are Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, and Wisconsin.
In addition, the Big Ten has over half of their conference at or below .500. The SEC only has 4 at or below .500, and Alabama is usually an 8 win team.
Ohio State 12-0
Wisconsin 11-1
Michigan 11-1
Penn State 8-4
Purdue 8-5
Florida 12-1
Arkansas 10-3
Auburn 10-2
LSU 10-2
Tennessee 9-3
Georgia 8-4
Kentucky 7-5
South Carolina 7-5
Even with saying all of that, I'm not necessarily against Michigan getting a rematch. I just think Florida has a very strong case to be in the game. Bottom line: we need a playoff system. That I am sure of.

Yeah, and he was playing hurt with a sprained ankle. You could tell he wasn't near as fast or quick tonight as he usually is. Still, he's a beast. If he's not in the running for the Heisman I'll never take that trophy seriously again.

I'm depressed. The dumbass muffed punt turned the game. I bet were picking cotton against Nebraska now. ( Provided they lose)I don't think the Capital one bowl wants us due to a lesser fan base going to the east coast again. The Ctton would love to have us cause we'll put 30,000 in the stands.annoy:
Florida still has a shot at the big game. We'll have to see the numbers.

Credit to Florida's defense. They did the best job anyone has done against Mcfadden all year.
