What's the best CHEAP Video Card that I can buy? -

OK right now I have a TNT vanta 2 16MB video card which really sucks ass. I'm thinking about buying a GeFroce 2 MX400 64 MB Which retails for 79.99 US dollars right now at Circuit City )Even though I hate them). Here's my other system specs:
AMD Athlon 1100 MHz
16MB Nvidia TNT 2 Vanta
128MB 133MHz SDRAM expandable to 256
20GB hard drive
Given that those specs suck, should I stick with a 32 MB video card in case it's not compatible with my comp? (I know that shouldnt happen but you have no idea how bad this computer sucks)
