I'm guessing you mean MOH:AA, as Spearhead has the vote menu...

It's just: vote clientkick "PLAYERS_NAME"

Make sure the name is in quotes.

or even better use quotes because they work with ppl who have spaces in their name

if u want to do anything that has anything to do with a name in console make sure u put " " around the name
