Need help with rocket projectile mod -

I'm trying to make my rockets shoot something different, liek a toilet ro german shepard. I went into the bazookashell_dm.tik and edited the first three lines to point to a german shepard, but the mod didnt work. Then down at the bottom i changed the idle animation from 'projectile_bazooka.skc' to 'german_shepard.skc' but it still did not work. I took this file and made a pk3 named 'user_dogsinatoob_mod.pk3' and inside this i made 'models' then 'projectiles' and then the bazookashell file. What am I missing here???
