Default Facts of life about child proofing... - 09-02-2002, 08:49 AM

Something I came up with when I was playing MOHAA online and an AOL commercial came up on the TV:

AOL parental controls, designed for kids to keep your parents off sites you don't want them to see.

A technology savvy child will always enter his own V-chip code before the parents can find the TV's instruction book

If you need to open a child proof bottle-cap, get a child

Just my casual observations about (older) adults and new technolgies/ideas.

You know what though? The original tech savvy children are having children of their own, so woe be unto the child who tries to outsmart the master.

Those rear windows I think don't go down all the way because of the wheel wells. I'm looking at cars out my window right now, and it sorta makes sense that there's just not enough room for that window to cram down in there.

If you look at a typical car, the rear door has a big bite out of it because the wheel is there.

Good point. Perhaps they were SUV's that had more room?

I just remember cars always having that feature, even way back in the 70's when I was a kid.
