I have this unwatned person who keeps my land line phone line, how can i prevent this person from calling?

File a complaint with the police and get one of those thigns that say if they call again they go to jail.

you can call the phone company and file a complaint with them about the number. apparently they can track and record how many times they call and such and if its excessive, can report it to the authorities.
