the ladder is too long. a brush can only have a certain amount of verts. each of the rungs has 4 verts [all the verts on the end face] touching the vertical bars. all those rungs touching the vertical one, each adding 4 verts to its total vert count is causing the error

select both the vertical bars, and clip them into 5 or 6 pieces [hold shift when you press enter to keep both sides of the clip]. this happens with horizontal rails aswell as ladders, or anything else where one long brush has a lot of others touching it

http://www.modtheater.com/forum/showthr ... ght=ladder

theres a thread on tmt about the same thing, look at the attatchment in my first post to see what i mean about

this is what i mean about cutting the side rails up tho. but you can have more than 3 rungs touching each piece. for a ladder that size, you might need to cut each rail into 7-10 pieces, have about 8 rungs touching each one.

Did you make sure you did the same with the Ladder Texture as well? And if so, make sure you also, made the degrees correct. If you are not sure what degree you should use, use the player spawn arrow as a guide.
