now i ain't much of a computer person but i just bought a new game and after i installed it, i went to play it and it came up with this message about how i needed either a pixel shader 1.1 or higher.


first off wtf is that and second, it sound's pretty basic, should i have it and and stuff?

anyway, answer soon cause this is pissing me off.

uh, you dont update using disks usually, you find new drivers available for download online

If you have at least a DirectX 8 card you'll be able to do PS1.1.

Meaning any GeForce4 Ti, GeForce FX, Radeon 9xxx, Radeon Xxxx, or GeForce 6xxx.

yeah, i have a geforce2 fuck.. all i need is the pixel shader though, i got all the other stuff. can anyone find one for download?

You can get a FX5200 for under $50.00. Go cut some lawns.

Sorry, Pixel Shader is hardware related. Technology is always moving forward, it's time to upgrade.
