There isn't a said command to do said action so trust me and stop wasting
your time: if you aren't getting satisfactory results from your present video
card and all options and /or tweaks have failed to correct the problem, BUY
a new one.
The game is capped at 100fps I think, but there is a command that lets it go over 100 if your card can do that. I have no idea what the command is though cause my card would never reach that high.
There is no command that just magically lets you have a higher fps. Thats not possible obviously. What can be done is adjusting the way it reports the fps like I said above.
If there was a command to do that, don't you think EA would have set it at '1'?

Yeah, exactly. There is a command that lets you changed the fps cap, which can have a small effect on the fps you actually get. It's something like max_fps xxx, where the x's are the numbers for the fps cap.
