Wee Man what did use to get the horizontal lines on there? I can figure that out for the life of me. Is it some sort of filter?

It could be a few of things:

1) the Halftone pattern stock filter (Filter > Sketch > Halftone Pattern)

2) a 3rd party filter plugin like Xenofex (which has a Television filter)

3) something else I have no clue about
