....truthfully, I thought Longhorn was the cooler name.

...Did you see that crowd in the video? Sheesh, more people are lined up to see and operating system over a Metallica concert...

PCGAMER had something about this a long time back, said it would be like a Gaming OS, where you could just pop and play you're CD's, instead of installing. Hope it is...PCGAMER tends to be full of crap, though.

I have a friend who has done testing on "longhorn" and has done coding and shit for some of this, as well as SP2. He says theres going to be a very wide selection of versions avalible. IE home, pro, small buisness, game, etc. Those are just examples he hasnt said much besides "many versions".

I wonder how much of a difference these packages would make or if they are just to take advantage of people who don't know better.
