Ok:

1) Get Registry Cleaner from http://www.jv16.org. Use the Tools>registry clean>Do them all option on the proggie's menu. Reboot.

2) Get The 30.82 driver's from NVidia's site, http://www.nvidia.com

3) Get V1.11 if not already for MOH:AA

4) Get Riva Tuner (search on http://www.google.com), and set the program to allow you to import your desktop framerates into your games. (I may make a tutorial on how to do this soon, possibly tonight, maybe now! heh)

5) Run Auto-Config in your MOH:AA directory.

See if these steps help. PS: That PCI card's got to go. get AGP, or a new mobo that supports AGP bro.
