Hey, how would I convert a movie from fraps into a gif?

I dont post or come here much, so I'm not sure if this question is asked often? heh. But yeah, though this name is over a year old, It's cool that it's still here, .

But I recently obtained Fraps Full and am wondering how to make it smaller, like into a gif.

(I Have photoshop, imageready, and I am pretty sure the flash works, but I just got it and am not sure how to use it yet. An answer including photoshop or image ready would be good.)
