The sad thing is, with the age range here, most members would think "oldies" music is Pearl Jam and Nirvana. rolleyes:
I like some older stuff, but usually don't dip earlier than the 70s, although I do like some old James Brown stuff.
I dig old school 70s funk a lot. KC & The Sunshine Band, The Brothers Johnson, George Clinton, Barry White...all classics.
On the rock side, Led Zep, Pink Floyd, KISS...obvious standouts for me. Of course, a lot of the material from my fave band of all time (shame on you if you don't know by now...) could be considered "oldies" now...seeing as though their first album was released in 1980.
