I really like the music on most soundtracks...I don't know the conductors by name but some soundtracks I really like are SPR and BOB, and the soundtracks for MOH; things like that are where my heart for classical lies.

Funny you should say that. My good friend's brother did the soundtrack for a few Medal of Honor titles. HIs name is Christopher Lennertz. I'm not sure if his website it up again, last i checked, it was down for construction:
