Took me awhile to figure this out, but here it is -

Go to FILTER (its on the top bar)

Create a NEW filter.

Name it SPEARHEAD (or whatever)

Add this line of test:

1 if version ~!= "*Medal*" remove
2 if protocol == "15" goto 4
3 remove

Save it. Bam. All (or I hope all - at least a whole fucking lot) servers listed. If you combine this with the "old" method (of adding text to the main filters), it will allow you to refresh the SH icon, and now pick up all servers instead of the small amount it used to pick up.
