[Kraut Killer]

I don't know about all that SOA crap, but the Army's infantry school, airborne, and Rangers are all there. And we won't be dealing with any guerillas. And I need a waiver for being tried on assault charges. I was arrested for 1st degree assault, but since I didn't actually hurt or even threaten anyone, it was knocked down to 2nd degree. It was assault because I had a knife. What happened was some douche almost ran me off the road, I was a passenger in the car, and was playing with my knife... a utility knife I always have on me, and then they pulled off to an exit ramp and as my car was at a stop light, they started yelling at us, I reacted, and jumped out to see what their problem was and we got into a shouting match, all the while I forgot about said knife in my hand. He called the cops and claimed I was threatening him with the knife, which I wasn't... I even put it away long before the whole thing really escalated, and I got sent to the pokey.
