Most cable providers have more d/l bandwidth than you would normally use in a given day, but most of them also have a serious problem with upload bandwidth. In some cases I have heard of 1.5mb down/30kb up. Yes, it can get that bad. Depends if a lot of people near you have cable. Chairperson, Coastal Carolina Students for Ron Paul 2008
