This is stupid, you must seriously have no life at all. You must play this game for a living or something to care that much...

Cheating infringes upon your rights? What right is that? The right to have fun? The right to play a GAME!? Last time I checked, these were not on the list of basic rights, but I don't know, maybe I should look harder, maybe under freedom of speech and above freedom of press.

FOR GOD'S SAKE IT'S A GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So some of you people are so stupid to think that purposefully entering and crashing a server that is owned by a corporation and paid for by customers is going to go on without retribution forever?

The law will eventually get involved, and you server crashing asses will have plenty of evidence against you when they sentence you to the buttsex you are so eagerly working for.

Yea Slain!!
Remember what we're talking about here people (READ the 1st post CAREFULLY).
This isnt about cheating, its about crashing servers!!!

For those of you (Canadians??) that dont understand that we are in a global economy now and the proliferation of the internet REQUIRES laws and courts to protect the rights of coporations and others to do business on the internet (the courts and laws are already there, its not taking anything away from catching murderers, sheesh!).

I work in this industry, this is an ongoing battle that we fight all of the time.
Yes there are laws for these actions now. Look what happens to people that are caught writing virus programs. Email spammers in court too.

And to blame the guy running the server!! WHAT ABOUT THE IDIOTS HACKING THE SERVER!?!?!?!?!?
GO NOCTIS, MORE POWER TO YA!!!!!!

That's where the mods come in. Porno can easily be deleted by the mods.

Example.

As of three minutes ago, my server was hacked. Someone banned me from my own server. The one I pay $80/mo to run and play on and enjoy. And from which I was denied until I fixed.

To that person, Xgameservers is seeking specific legal action. Idiot.

I think a valid lawsuit can be drawn against people hacking the server, since is a disruption of service. I'm sure you would need to go over the provider's contract, but I think a case could be developed.

I cant believe how quick these threads fill up with off topic replies or just plan junk.
Go back and count how many idiots have posted how it would be stupid to sue over cheating. Of course it would be stupid to sue or take legal action of cheating. That is not what this topic was about.
The topic was and still is about people hacking or crashing servers.
Do everyone a favor and
READ THE THREAD BEFORE YOU POST!!!!
