I think they don't count as wrong answers, BUT they do take away from the total questions they use to calculate your score. EXAMPLE

you have 50 questions....you skip 4. Say you got 36 right. You're score for that section would be 36/46. I'm NOT POSITIVE ABOUT THAT. IT DOESN"T SOUND RIGHT, but i'll find out for ya.
