Actually Cpt. Dale Dye has been the combat technical advisor on several films and books. Including Saving Private Ryan, Band of Brothers, Platoon; and he is the voice in the opening video for MOHAA!!! He has also been in several movies including Band of Brothers as Colonel Sink.
The Lieutenant in SPR in Dennis Farina, who played Lt. Colonel Anderson. He has also recenlty been in Snatch, Out of Sight and Reindeer games.
They look the same though!
