Umm yeah almost every aspect of the motherboard, when computing the BUS speed, is multiplied, because the data travels through multiple channels. Hence the 800/1066 etc Memory. DO NOT mess with the frequency or voltage unless you are abloslutely sure you know what you are doing. Overclocking like that can and will permenately damage your components. And the bus speed of that processor will always default to the processors speed, not what the motherboard can handle. You should always leave the settings the way they are, unless you have enough cooling to handle the extra heat that will be generated. Also, the Intel chips are locked so you shouldn't be able to crank them up anyway, unless you shorted the wire.
