For a case, i recommend an Enermax full tower. I just built this rig last month and the case was a pleasure to work on. All the drives slid right in and it has removable trays for things like hard-drives. I removed the power supply that came with the case and installed a 460W enermax p/s. The other one went into my old AMD box. Here's a pic of the case just after the "build".

Why reccomend Windows XP ? have you honestly tried both of them out for more then a year ? Any one that has knows win2kpro is a lot better. Stability and with compadibility.
