Welcome back.

My possition is simple. My first sig was not made with PS , and it sucked BAD. I am in no possition to judge.

I do not think Axes intention was " Art ". I think he is testing new methods of creation and knows it is not up to par , so he went with a comical approch.

We have seen Desighn Wars won that way guys......

i'm not even sure how the art talk started... i certainly don't think he was going for art.

the difference with the design wars is that most of the winners who use the old school ms paint have already proved their skills and have a poorly drawn sig with funny content... the only thing funny about axe's sig is that it is poorly done... but if that's what he's going for, he suceeded.

I used the Gimp. I don't got an axe fetish, my name is PICK AXE. And, think about it, comedy is art. If I had photoshop, it might be better, but it is just a joke, Maybey i wanna just have a funny sig, that acctually does have something to do with my name. And I can't d/l photoshop, I connect at 28.8k, and the only broadband availble for me is sattelite. And that costs about $600 to get. That would just about wipe my savings account out. But the fact is that Comedy IS art, period.

hey now, i hope you aren't trying to start anything with me... we cool g. i tihnk we can all understand why you don't have photoshop, but that doesn't mean the sig has to suck. If you made it crappy as a joke, then hahaha... good work. I said you had an axe fetish cause you've tried to make 2 sigs now using the exact same poorly cut axe... and i don't ACTUALLY think that axes turn you on or something sick (i hope not anyway). and comedy is not art, although a piece of art can be funny.

Ok, I got a question, all of the background looks black when I view my sig, but I saw it on a computer at my school and it was crappy-grayish looking behind Jimi. I sware it looks all black on my pc. What do yall see??

And how is the axe so badly cut in this one? Maybey it's not exactly the right brightness or something like that, but I think I cut it preatty good this time. Now my first try, I know that time the axe was really badly cut, but on this one I really took my time.....

you're right, the axe is fine on this one, sorry... but yes, it is not black behind jimmi, which is why it looks so bad. it looks like the picture was taken at night so there is still the dark sky around much of him, but part of it is erased, so it looks horrible.... you should fix that; if it wasn't like that i could easily see how it is a funny sig.

Oh... No wonder yall said it was so crappy. But what doesn't make sense is that It looks all black behind him on my PC, Do you know why that could be??
