Actually, Ghost Recon had the best AI IMHO.
RtCW: Nazis kicked grenades back at you, advanced or retreated depending on the weapon you had, and they ran for cover if you sprayed the submachine guns around.
MOHAA: Never mind the fact that MOHAA is the
best game ever. Anyway, the Germans poked their guns around corners, hid inside of armoires, and dived onto grenades, "Taking one for the team."
Both games have superb AI. I would say that MOHAA is more tactical and RtCW is more individualistic.
