I just gotta laugh at myself on how stupid i am when it comes to fixing my computer. I thought i had the shitty programs figured out but apparently not...

Well either way, i need to brush up on my MS DOS skills and try to reinstall windows 98, and solve this problem.

But that also means i have to reinstall sound cards, graphics cards etc... which were all a pain to do on this knock-off brand of a computer bought in '99.
