The constituion is certainly NOT "as valid as it comes". Although I do think it is a nice idea and Britain could do with one. The theory is good, even if the practise is way off.[/quote:6538b]
That part of the Constitution is out-dated.
I don't think banning guns would really solve gun related problems. Drugs are illegal, but people will be willing to do whatever it takes to get them. The same goes for guns.
