Indonesia has been working like this for ages. I'm suprised you guys don't understand that this is considered a LENIENT sentence to them....Have you not heard any of the other cases over the years?

It happens alot.

P.S - They won't work out anything with the OZ govt. Mark my words. They believe they're right, and it's their laws. You don't have to be very stubborn to deny the reduction of what you already consider a lenient sentence.

I know I'm NEVER visiting Indonesia/Bali any time soon. Especially with my hobbies being what they are. If I ever got into the same situation, and was innocent, I'd have a much harder time explaining myself in a court of law.
