Except even more problems with overpopulation. I guess that's just what happens when people put their faith in "god" instead of using their brains.

So it would be better to let millions die than to deal with an overpopulation problem?

And who said anything about God? Those are logical solutions, not biblical ones.

Dealing with overpopulation IS letting millions of people die.

Religion holds many archaic quick-stop answers that don't do shit in reality. "God's divine plan" is not an acceptable resolution to issues.

Option 1: Expand and start colonizing the fuck out of space
Option 2: War/disease to keep the population down

Animals are spayed and neutered or used as food. That's their population control. Humans have plagues, diseases and wars.

Good idea. Who needs forests or farmland anyway?

At least the Chinese have the right idea.

it doesn't seem that the United States needs anymore farmland, we're burning loads of crops every year. Seems to me that there are tons of rural areas that can hold a lot more people comfortably for at least the upcoming century.

It kind of reminds me of that Star trek episode. where its Just Kirk on a fake enterprise and some chick.
Because they wanted her to get sick or some thing like that, so she could go and give it to her people.

At the end you see out side the ship and its arm to arm people.

What's wrong with Space Exploration? I think it's the most important thing we can focus on. But anyways, the virus can never be completely purged because there's a lot of druggies and burnouts who don't even go to get tested or other such shit like that.
