the reason we give aid is because we are an 31337 country that has many resources to do so. so basically the world is a bunch of "freeloaders " that only accepts help, but doesnt feel the need to repay the favor ? if thats the case i would hope the goverment never forgets what is happening in New Orleans when some country comes begging for aid after a natural disaster.
