cheney was hunting without proper permits as well. He should be sent to jail. I have a friend up here whos dad was killed last semesterdo to a hunting accident. He was in a field picking berries near their house and some drunk hunter thought he was a bear. even if the guy was only shot with quail shot, and it hardly hurt him, cheney should still be punished SEVERELY

well, he went hunting without required permits, he was probably not 100% sober, he shot another person(I kinda think thats a big one but then again its just my oppinion)

1 is it illegal to hunt on privite property in Texas without a license? if so it would be a Mr.Meaner

2 how do you know he was drunk? The report I read said alchol was NOT a factor.
