Well, i dont see the point in taking out the shotty for the expansion pack because it is a good weapon. I use SMG all the time nowadays, its only when i keep getting killed by the same person i will actually rip out the shotty.

Most of the time though, you will find that you can actually silence those who use the shotgun, you just have to dodge and use cover between shots, its difficult but after a few goes youll master it.

However, the rocket launcher is very annoying, especially if you are in a building and got no where to run. Try to get a shot in, but your already licking the ceiling by that time, and they should possibly consider taking the weapon out, or at least making an option to allow it or not.
