Guest Posts: n/a	i did an oopsies - 01-26-2005, 06:24 PM yeah sorry for the gay title but i think i ripped something in my arm, it hurts when i try to extend it...it feels like a bunch of staples are in my arm and ripping the muscle...i probably hurt it from lifting weights in gym...any suggestions on what to do? edit: oh and its been like this for 3 days straight.
