PSU Student Dies After Altercation -

second degree assault? He killed the guy! why isn't he being charged with something more serious? like MURDER? or even manslaughter if there are other factors?

The charge was tacked on when the assault happened, a week before the guy died, it will likely get elevated to manslaughter, if not murder 2 |
