I have a ti 4600 and have no complaints. I just got new memory (PC3200) cranked up some settings and my 3D Mark score went from 11,400 to 13,400. I'd probably score 17 or 18 with the 9700 but like Rude said you're probably not going to notice much of a difference in MOHAA or 1942.
