And the sniper rifle uses the same bullet as bar and Garand. Why should it kill with one shot?? You all ready have an advantage with a scope. One shot to head will kill... a sniper should be a marksman. If you hit someone anywhere else, they lose 80% health. Thats pretty hard hitting for one shot.
