Also, changing my setting does nothing at all, wtf is wrong?

Upgrade to more ram if your expceted to play the EX crap of MOH. 256 is a little low. go to 512 or higher if your MOB can take more ram

Ok thanks for the feed back. When i did install the updated driver i didnt un-install the previos, so ill start there .When i reformatted i installed the V card driver first, then sound card , i installed the latest Chip sets for my system, then the Hardware excellerators for all of my top of the line equipment. Then i updated all the windows files for 982nd. So at this point ill uninstall the Invidia Driver that came with the Card restart and Load the Driver you mentioned and try that hehe. Does that sound like im doing the proper steps? After that ill try the settings your using , hopefully it`ll work this time lol. Its an awsome card when it doesnt crash mad: . Is there no end to this madness lolol.

You think this is fun try setting up every game manually to use an audigy card... most games have patches now but some like GTA3 and MOHAA need you to input manually to get dolby digital and surround sound... *sigh* but YES ITS WORTH IT... now it works properly I love it cool:

Anyhow if you check intel's site they tell you to install the chipset driver before everthing else. don't worry it's not THAT important if it's done after but the chipset does regulate power, memory and processor usage through the mobo eatthis:

Well it does sound like you have tried everything in the right order, if all else fails just check your case for heat... i mean 3-5 mins is more than enough for your little case to warm up, a warning that it's too hot though is a *switch off* without you asking for it, well assuming your mobo is set to turn off before it blows up! just touch the case and see if it feels warm (it's bound to feel a little warm playing games, but try to use some sense here, could you cook toast on it for example? eek: ) if you're not sure try running the game with no side pannel on your pooter and if it runs propperly invest in a fan or two... of if your really rich a water cooled thingymebobberoonie oOo:

Ooops double post oOo: don't ask... lol when you have dsl you quickly get impatient with more than a 5 second wait for web pages...

Hmmmm I just re-read your specs for pooter, LOL you have audigy too, gotta ask what do you think, setting it up in MOHAA was'nt easy but WOW it sounds better, the bullets whiz past my ear and echo off walls... cool: I find it hard (esp with Ti4600) not to get drawn into game and start yelling at screen when teammates do something stupid like get shot! Ok i didnt update the Audigy card yet , Could that cause it as well , also ,i have the CPU fan exausting straight out through the air duct , the Enermax Power supply has 2 fans on it both pulling air from inside bottom fan pulls air from the sytem the top exausting it out , And i have a thermo front case fan 92mm bringing air from the front case into the system , And of course the Ti4600 has 2 fans on it .I have The ASUS P4T533-C mother board with the BIOS Monitor keeping track of the temperatures and set to warn me of critical temperatures. But its never sounded the Alarm yet lol . Thanks for spending the time to talk about it with me .

Thats okay... before you get all upset about how to set up your audigy card I found a nice link on here about setting it up, run a search for surround sound, you need to download a few sound drivers and then put them into config file (very easy if you read instructions) if you get stuck i guess i could explain that too freak:

Well i expect your case is fine, fans and all... i wanted a leadtek card but so does everyone else and leadtec ran out when i wanted mine cry:

http://www.mohcenter.com/downloads/inde ... anguage=en

thats the link to the webby i downloaded it from, follow the instructions, i know an audigy is supposed to do EAX3 etc but this driver only covers eax and eax2... both to me sounded kinda tinny and slowed my pooter a little, i set mine to DOLBY sound and it runs without slowdown, sounds better and oh yeah... is a name people have heard of even if they dont have a pc...

"I run my game in dolby" cool:

"I run my game in eax3" eek:

I have since upgraded to the so called Nvidia killer ( lol ya right) a ATI 9700 pro. I only gained 10 -15 fps. This card was to kill the GF card in every test. But that's another long story.

Make sure your system is running at optimal performance. Everyone gets some system lag now and then. You just don't get it as bad as other people with older and slower cards.

You can try:
defragging your hard drive
get yourself a copy of adaware and remove all unwanted spyware on your system
make sure you dont have 30 icons in your systray running 30 programs in the background.
use a refresh rate program. even thought you think your game is running at 1024x786 @120Hz it;s only running at 60 when playing a game. A refresh program will make your game run at your desktop rate.
when you installed your latest OS did you do a upgrade or a fresh install. a fresh install is always better.

the link to beta drivers and the refresh fix is here:

thats a lotta ram
