Absolute BS. The fact that you allow someone with a distasteful name play on your server is your choice. Mr. Richards is free to go to another server and it is not his right to dictate how yours is run/moderated.

This part of his statment implies that he only expects you to add his name to a 3rd party program such as "AutoKick". If you do not run such a program his demand cannot be met and therefore his threat is invalid. Thats nit picking his statment, but if you have no rcon experiance with banning its inpractical.

Leave the situation alone. If the name offends you or hinders game play by making others mad, then simply ask the person to change there name.
