In that case, why can't SC fly the Confederate flag over their capital?

Because African American's view it as a hate symbol.

Therefore, I would believe that we must be viewed as a hate group for reenacting under that banner. I have heard that what we do is totally wrong for American's to view.

Is it me, or did it just get hot in here?

This does not have anything to do with accusing the server only the player. It simply states to ban the player from the server. But if you allow it to continue with knowledge of the intents then trouble could brew.

How do you connect "a fight for freedom" with "reenacting"?

Reenacting is NOT a fight for freedom. The Civil War was a fight for freedom among the South. All this hoopla about fighting for slavery is a myth. The south wanted to become a seperate nation, and took up arms to do so. I am NOT saying that reenacting is a way of bring back the "fight for freedom" as we are terming it.

I debated posting this, and now I know why. Sorry to ruffle your feathers.

I think you intended to use the word 'won'. Personally, I would love to see someone try to prosecute this one. Wow you guys can argue over anything, lol. I added that name to my autokick , why not just do that if you have it running instead of arguing about a law. I don't think it would go anywhere in court either, but that name is BS and it only take two seconds to add it to autokick. That's just a stupid name and doesn't need to be used.

I say ban the guy sending you threats. That way he wont see the name that offended him on your server again. Problem solved.

Technically the guy may have a point, but trying to bring a case like that to trial is unreasonable. He's bluffing.

well it is just a game, but all these hate names and names of evil people do get out of hand sometimes. i see alot of names like, Bin Laden and DC Area Sniper and Super Jew. shit like that can take offense, even though its just a game. not much you can do, but add the names to the banlist.

It's not a matter of that, but if I were Jewish, I would be offended by a name like that. Just like if it were Waffen-SS-hang blacks, Id get mad if I were black, too.
