It is classed as a cheat and yes you can do this in Spearhead. For proof just look at the image on the top of my website: [url:b4d84]http://www.alliedassault.us[/url:b4d84]

There are two ways of going in third person view:

1. cg_3rdPerson 1

2. Select it from the LevelDesign menu but you still must enable cheats for this to work.

why exactly would you WANT to use 3rd person?
you can't very well hope to aim and hit anything that way.
unless he's got the dreaded aimbot LOL.

yes, its possible as stated in this thread. its a simple line in a file which i wont name.

also, about the crosshairs not being on target, there is a simple fix for that. just add a line to that same file that readjusts it for 3rd person. and yes, the crosshair functions well in 1st person too.

now, instead of asking questions like "How do I get into 3rd person", try and figure it out yourself. Valuable forum space wasted. Thanks.
