SOME ONE PLEASE HELP. I am having a defianate problem trying to install a orgiginal bought and paid for copy of spearhead. I have all the updates and yes medal of honor is origianl as well. It won't let me get as far as the first step it sais sever error invalid regerstration. It does nothing else. Also I bought two copies and one does fine. Except it will not let me run a server dedicated or not. Please help!!!!!!

Send Rudedog a PM and ask him. It may be a server.cfg file you need to alter

Buddy, your problem is as good as solved. This situation is caused by the conflicts with one of you backround task. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delet and close every backround task EXCEPT EXPLORER AND SYSTRAY! Especially close the rundll32 file. If you comp freezes during this, go to start on your windows taskbar then to run and type in Msconfig. Then look for you boot or startup options and click off any programs you don't want running at the start of windows

Try upgrading your graphics drivers to the detonators 40.72, i think the run32.dll is asociated with the older nvidia drivers and somehow conflicts with instalation.

Get's a little confusing when, I get emails from the board, but I don't know who you are.

The big thing causing a lot of problems is what Airborne Butters said, The run32.dll

The other is the DasBoot map. This will lock up Spearhead and needs to be removed.

If you cant get your Spearhead server listed on game spy, add
ui_dedicated 1 to your shortcut or cfg file. along with the sv_gamespy 1 cvar.

hey that helped with the instalition but still can't run a server what do i do to run a server please help it still keeps booting me out and shutting down moh.

thanks for all your help removing dasboot worked for me. i am a happier girl now
