hahaha, how bout that? He actually changed his avatar....
Well, if it wasn't for the absolute lack of grammar and punctuation, we'd never know it was hal...

------------------

Why is it we play games out of a subject so grim and dismal as world war 2?
And why is it so many titles appear about it now, decades after it was originally possible?
Could it be a newfound respect of the men who suffered so much toil and anguish, so much chaos and destruction, so much that was not neccessary?
Please, do not tell me an interest merely swells because we think it shall be fun and entertaining. To make entertainment and joy out of something no man would veery do again is a thought that would pierce the hearts of many veterans.
Perhaps we do it simply because it is something we never got to experience....it seems the most time spent pondering by humans is on could'ves and should'ves. What if we had had the oppportunity to have been alive during the second world war? Would we find it as intriguing and interesting as we do now?

Perhaps that is the thought that we most need to consider. What is it about that which we could not participate in that intrigues us so?
Sadly, this is not a question i, nor anyone else, can answer. At least, not for you.
You must discover for yourself what secret, what mystery or intrigue it is that lies in the second great war, that is what intrigues you so.
For, if you can find that, any mystery life holds for you will be far easier to understand. What it is that draws you to a time of such darkness, fear, and death, only you know. And, finding it is not a trip you will enjoy.
