How do you use the mission editor???????

Whenever I download and unzip it all I get is the display properties screen used to change your screen saver and adjust the colour e.t.c

What am I doing wrong?

In addition, does anyone know of a good guide to use/ link when making missions once you've got the Mission Editor to actually work?

Just go to http://www.dafront.com and select Nemisis' page. This gives you complete downloads for utilities required to build your own levels, and supplies tutorials on how to install and run these utilities.
