Default Video card help - 11-24-2002, 08:05 AM

Can someone tell me what "overclocking" my video card means. I found a forum that people were suggesting it but nobody said what it meant.
Thank you!

Hero, no need to say u dont know how, doesnt help anyone. But Tebo, i was the one that said to overclock. It makes yur card run at higher mhz than the factory set it. Making everything to do with yur video card speed up.

When u overclock it, it makes it get hotter. Make sure that if u do overclock your card that it stays cooled.

You can also overclock your processor. Same stuff about heat management applies there.

You should only overclock if you know what you're doing.

It's real obvious you don't know what you're doing.

So...don't overclock it!
