Default mouse issues in Spear Head - 11-21-2002, 04:57 PM

Is anyone else using logitech dual optical mouse having issues getting the extra button on the side to be recognized by Spear Head ? It works fine in Allied Assault but doesn't work with SH. This has caused problems as I am used to using this as a reload key. Any helpfull constructive imput would be appreciated.

On another note, been playing the SP in SH and other than a few annoyances the game pretty much rocks. Many thanks to the heads up on the bugs from guys here.

Set the button through Control Panel>Mouse to Delete. Then in SH, change the reload key to Delete, or make the secondary delete. Try that.

The best advice I could give you is try 1 of 2 things:

1) Check your .CFG file to see what your button configs are, and copy them to MOH:SH.

2) Uninstall & Reinstall your mouse drivers, set your scroll button to "Middle button", the thumb to "Delete", Checkmark "Use MS compatible scroll" & "Scroll in active window only", and also try to terminate EM_EXEC from your Task Manager.
