can someone please tell me how to make people walk slower when carrying sniper, rocket, and shotguns. I was in servers and noticed this, And I would like to do this in my server

If you mean walking without sound, it is SHIFT plus your walk forward key.

I think he refers to realism mods (i.e.: you walk slower with BAR than you walk with pistol).

I think every realism mod features this, just download one of them and look into the modified .TIKs (tiks are the files describing the weapons).

Which mod would you recomend? Also is the a way to make smoke last a little longer

In our server we use a CPR variation, edited by us to our liking, however I think the most popular one is CKR, by CrowKing.

Currently we are working on a new realism, very different from the current mods, which includes bleeding (sustained damage until healed), real recoil and also a more persistent smoke on some weapons. However it's not even beta right now. When finished it will be published on aa.com
