i think you right click on the bar where start is.. if that doesnt work ill tell you in the moringing my pop's laptop has XP

if that doesnt work go to control panel and look for stuff like that in there

LOL.

Right-click your desktop, choose properties.

You should automatically appear in "Themes": from there, you can change
to "Windows Classic" for that 98/2000 look.
