Default Objective map or ToW...Operation Biting - 12-17-2002, 01:50 PM

I posted this at ModTheater a while ago...
I'm drafting up some ideas for a new MP map. It'll be based on the Bruneval Raid undertaken by the British 1st Airborne division on the night of Feb. 27, 1942, to seize and disrupt the Wuerzburg Radar station. The station was located at a remote cliffside chateau, overlooking the English Channel, just outside of Ste. Bruneval, France. Go here for more information:

I started this thread to see if any good ideas might crop up on setting up a decent obj./ToW map. Some starters would be the objectives for the British Paras:
1) Advance to the chateau and blowup radar -thinking it's going to be a lot like Obj. map 1, where you fight through a town to get to the objective.
2)Capture the radar operator located somewhere in the chateau and escort him to the beach extraction area. AI scripting would be necessary for this one.
3)Paras must make it the extraction zone and call in for pick up. Trigger a radio...axis can shut this off.
Starting to look more like a ToW map.
Just brain storming here...I've also started some work in radiant. But we'll see how it goes, now that my little baby girl is taking up all my time.
any other ideas or suggestions?
