Well, first you buy a bag of potatoes. Wash 'em off real good and pop 'em in the oven for 40 mins or so.
When them sumbitches are nice n' tender, cut 'em in half and scoop out the potato flesh, leaving the skins behind. Dress the skins with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Add some grated monterey jack cheese and sliced jalapeno peppers. Pop the skins back in the oven at 400 degrees to melt the cheese.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
Oh, MOHAA skins? I don't have a clue.
